Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products/services.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both inbound and outbound calling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in achieving sales targets consistently.
- Must be based in Delhi and available to work onsite.
Pay:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
