Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products/services.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both inbound and outbound calling techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Must be based in Delhi and available to work onsite.

Pay:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
