Job Overview:

As our Digital Media Marketing Manager at White Rock Immigration, you'll be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Curation: Stay updated on industry trends and curate relevant content to keep our audience informed and engaged.

Digital Advertising: Plan, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Lead Conversion: Use data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and guide them through the conversion funnel, ultimately driving sales and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using data to refine strategies and make informed decisions.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spending for maximum impact.


Eligibility:

• Proficiency in English Language & Communication
• Adept in Digital Growth of Brand
• Skilled in designing and executing effect Ad Creatives (such as reels, posters, banners) on Meta.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms Facebook Ads.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and datadriven mindset.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes.
• Proficient skills in Photo Editing, Video Making and Editing
• Familiarity with Professional Softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro
