Explain the Company's products, current promotions, and processes to clients

  • Provide postsale support
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Address inbound inquiries
  • Collaborate with assigned loans officer and ensure alignment
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as required
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Follow up on customer as necessary
  • Good Communication Skill (English Must)

In Call Center / Chat Operations Preferred


Joining :
Immediately

5 Days Working (US Shift : 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM)

Saturday & Sundays Off


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
