    Job Title: Enterprise sales

    Experience :- Min 2-5 Years

    CTC: upto 6 LPA (Depend on the interview)

    Location: Bangalore

    Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Set sales goals, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions.
    • Allocate sales territories and accounts for maximum market coverage.
    • Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients.
    • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive business growth.
    • Promote cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
    • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales and revenue goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Sales Management (preferably in Telecom/IT sector).
    • Strong leadership and team handling skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to set strategies and drive execution.
    • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present reports.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
    • Pleasant personality with a positive and motivating attitude.
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
