Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our dynamic e-commerce team.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the
e-commerce sector.


  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.


  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and
competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and product offerings.


  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the
management team.


  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and e-commerce
trends to enhance sales performance.


  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the
network and promote the company's products/services.


  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer
service throughout the sales process.


  • Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining
high levels of professionalism and integrity.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and
digital sales channels.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and
maintain client relationships.


  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales
targets.


  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Analytic tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market
dynamics. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


  • Knowledge of the product/service being offered and understanding of the target
market.


  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive for continuous
learning and improvement.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
