Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market reach through dealer networks.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize market penetration.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of dealers against set targets and objectives.
Prepare regular reports detailing dealer performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve organizational goals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient dealer management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, dealer management, or related roles within the industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
