Job Responsibility

Oversee conceptualization of design projects
Create execution plans for different clients and see them through to completion
Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements generating creative ideas for clients
Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project
Ensure the products created are userfriendly and convey brand consistency with all projects
Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work
Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices
Be an important part in ideation of campaigns for social media promotions to meet business goals and coordinate with client to understand business requirements
Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work

Job Requisites

Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Good knowledge in Animation, Video Editing, Voice syncing, Footage, Camera Shoot & video content for use on social media platforms
Good command over design techniques and visual elements
Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
Ability to lead a team in a timebound environment
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw & Premier Pro
