Roles & Responsibility-:

• Responsible for all ecommerce activities
• Monitor promotional activities at Marketplaces
• Listing & updating products on various sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Jabong, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.)
• Inventory management on a daily basis
• Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications in ecommerce portals
• Optimising and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase product visibility.
• Managing daily operations inward for Ecommerce
• Registration of products on online sites and loading of the products for sales.
• Handling of day to day sales orders received from Online sales and executing the same.
• Should Manage all online activity in relation to listing, Returns, claims
• Oversee the daytoday marketplace Ecommerce operations, customer service, updates, and post listings.
• Updating prices in online shopping websites.
• Registration of new E-Commerce portals.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.

• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sellthrough, and offer code performance
