ABOUT


The University Relations Associate will report to the University Relations Executive and will create and drive the strategic direction for our global partner universities enabling a strengthened profile and relationship with students.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1. Build a marketing plan for the University.
  • Support recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events by booking venue(s), sending invitations, calling for confirmations, etc.
  • Conduct market research by gathering contact information for high school counselors and competitor institution entry requirements from India.
  • Participating in fairs conducted by stakeholders for recruitment purposes across
  • Visit agent offices for training staff and holding student interviews.
  • Assisting in building working relationships with recruitment agents.
  • Conduct agent counselor training sessions. (virtual and in-house)
  • Maintain excellent 'customer service by answering all inquiries from prospective students and parents.
  • Support and interact with University staff during their India visit(s).
  • Be responsible for booking travel requirements in line with set budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. Highly motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and foster team collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation, persuasion/influence management skills

Salary:
From ₹8,000.00 per month
