  • Understand technical aspects of system solutions and integration to communicate technical solution implication and issues sufficiently and appropriately to customers.
  • Spot gaps and Lead focused initiatives to bring delivery excellence in specific areas.
  • Prepare business reports/ Progress update reports for internal management and customer
  • Monitor and revise the implementation of Project and resource plan as and when required
  • Ensure that the project is executed according to guidelines and policies established by the company.
  • Ensure Resource utilization target is achieved and ensure resource requirements for the projects are addressed timely.
  • Frequently interacts with outside customers and functional peer groups across various departments
  • Utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems
Manage Regional team Planning of all the Projects and resources.
