What you will be doing

Process documentation from colleagues to validate a dependent's eligibility on the US healthcare plans and to validate Qualified Life events.
Send timely documentation requests to each identified group of employees
Assist employee regarding dependent eligibility and qualified life event verification procedures and inquiries.
Coordinates with vendor partner to update discrepancies and provide information related to verification process.
Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

Knowledge of health and welfare benefits
Ability to accurately and efficiently type, format and produce reports, charts, graphs, and other general correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information, both verbally and in writing
Ability to compile and report business information
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, internal team and vendors
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret detailed instructions, policies, procedures and correspondence
