As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Connect with potential clients, sharing
    SIPnPOP's empowering vision and premium products.
  • Drive and capture sales at our QSR / Event stalls by being proactive in reaching out to customer and explaining the benefits, quality and of our products.
  • Actively generate leads for new franchise / bulk order enquiries for expanding our presence across regions.
  • Drive customer loyalty and positive feedback through all social media channels, campaigns and schemes etc.
  • Develop and nurture longterm customer relationships, driving sales and business growth.
  • Work closely with Production team to ensure seamless customer experiences (quality and speed).
  • Exemplify

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, displaying excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to identify customer needs and tailor solutions by empathizing with customer psychology.
  • Ability to travel extensively (over 75%) within Delhi/NCR region.
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working flexible and stretched hours.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, enabling effective communication.
  • Residing in Delhi/NCR (preferably Ghaziabad), passionate about
    SIPnPOP's empowering mission.
  • Pure vegetarian, nonsmoker, and nondrinker, aligned with our values.

Compensation Structure:


  • Fixed Income: Competitive base salary reflective of experience & qualification.
  • Variable Income: Lucrative commission structure tied to achieved targets and leads.
  • Overheads: Travel and overtime expenses reimbursed for fieldwork.

Job Types:
