  • Full Time (Onsite)
  • Initiating sales with expecting parents over the phone.
  • Asking inquiries to interact with clients and keep the speech communication
going.

  • Listening to the customers has to generate referrals.
  • Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways and enrollment
  • Answering customers queries on the plan.
  • Meeting sales expectations.
  • Expecting patients through detailed conversations and observations to determine
the conversations.

  • Discussing the plan with your client on a regular basis till enrolment.
  • Recording the client's progress and guiding them as per the needs.
  • Responsible for handling a team consisting of verification, support, collection
coordination & CRM tele calling team

  • Supervising & ensuring that the company working, reporting & business related
protocol is adhered to by your team members.

  • Responsible for receiving calls, mails from clients/ prospects on queries/ complaints
& provide speedy resolution by coordinating with other departments.

  • Responsible for calling & mail clients for payment recovery.
  • Coordinate with sales for generating leads.

Essential Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Excellent social and drawback finding skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Answering phones and explaining the plans and services offered by the
company.

  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their needs.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
