    JobResponsibilities:
    Analyse loan files including Borrowercreditworthiness and ability to repay red flagalerts
    collateralvaluation and worthiness occupancy and employment verificationstitle policies
    andpropertyinsurance
    Examine and analyse assets liabilitiesincome and debt information related toapplicants
    whichwas used to make creditdecision
    Ensure all debts in credit report areconsidered for calculating DTI and is compliant withclient
    ReverseMortgage & FHAguidelinesv
    Ensure Financial Assessment requirementsare met as perClientReverse Mortgage &FHA
    guidelines
    Evaluate and review appraisal reports andcollateral issues related to real estate in orderto
    determinewhether it may properlysupports theapproval of a loan application.
    Work on third party verification fromordering stageuptil completion.
    Ensure validation ofre
    verificationwith original documents and highlight any discrepancies / redflag
    Work withrelevant partiesto acquire required documentsin order toverify the income and
    employmentdetails of the applicant review the applicants credit profileanalyse financial
    statementsand consider other information in order to act on loan and creditrequests.
    Ensure all discrepancies in theapplication fileswere addressed and properly documented in
    writing
    Cure red flags if any that makes iteligible for sale in secondary market /investors


    Education& Experience:

    Education &Experience:
    Any Bachelor s orMaster s degree (Anydiscipline)
    Must have a minimum of3 year ofunderwriting audit experience in US ResidentialMortgage
    (FHAunderwriting experience is mandatory)
    Prior exposure to Reverse Mortgage will bean addedadvantage
    Postclose underwritingexperience would add to selectionpossibility
    Ability to effectively communicate tolines of business and seniormanagement
    Effective oral and written communicationskills
    Fast paced with attention todetail
    Hands on experience in Outlook and MSOffice Tools


    WorkingHours:
    Should be flexible tonightshift


    WorkLocation:
    Should be flexible to work out of officefull time from Mumbai


    Analyse loan files, including Borrower creditworthiness and abilityto repay, red flag alerts, collateral valuation and worthiness,occupancy and employment verifications, title policies, andproperty insurance Examine and analyse assets, liabilities, income,and debt information related to applicants, which was used to makecredit decision Ensure all debts in credit report are consideredfor calculating DTI and is compliant with client, Reverse Mortgage& FHA guidelinesv Ensure Financial Assessment requirements aremet as per Client, Reverse Mortgage & FHA guidelines Evaluateand review appraisal reports and collateral issues related to realestate in order to determine whether it may properly supports theapproval of a loan application.

    Work on third party verificationfrom ordering stage uptil completion.

    Ensure validation of re-verification with original documents and highlight anydiscrepancies / red flag Work with relevant parties to acquirerequired documents in order to verify the income and employmentdetails of the applicant, review the applicant's credit profile,analyse financial statements, and consider other information inorder to act on loan and credit requests.

    Ensure all discrepanciesin the application files were addressed and properly documented inwriting Cure red flags, if any, that makes it eligible for sale insecondary market / investors
