Description

• Diagnose, analyze and solve complex computer hardware, software and Microsoft Windows operating system problems.
• Develop, automate, and implement operations best practices in the enduser computing space.
• Document new procedures and maintain documentation on troubleshooting and technology.
• Collaborate with endusers, IT stakeholders, and business stakeholders, vendors, and transport partners.
• Maintain password, data, and system security for the environment according to IT processes and standards.
• Handson experience providing technical assistance to endusers and support to local IT systems.
• Perform machine builds and support PC refresh cycles.
• Contribute to assigned projects.

• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Good Experience in laptop repair & rebuild
• Experience working in a team environment to resolve technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, Unix, Windows, and networking.
• Knowledge of network printers, SCCM, Active Directory, and networking.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Understanding of computer networking concepts, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management.
• Knowledge of server administration, including setting up and maintaining servers, configuring server roles and features, and managing user accounts and groups.
• Understanding of backup and recovery strategies, including data backup, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
• Knowledge of security measures such as access control, firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot computer systems and networks using various tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar experience in related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
