Description

Should have passion and good experience in creation, preparation, coordination of architectural design, construction drawings and specifications on Architectural + Interior projects.


  • Lead and Coordinate the work of a multi disciplined team throughout the design development and detailing phases of a project.
  • Ensuring all plans are compliant with by laws
  • Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required
  • Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
  • Ready to do site visits, supervise site activities & ensure successful project completion
  • Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
  • Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 4+ experience
  • A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
  • Proficient in Auto CAD, SketchUp and preferably in Revit.
  • Indepth understanding of 3Ds Max
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented and highly analytical.
  • Deadlinedriven and dedicated to excellence.

Salary:
From ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

- rchitectural Interior projects: 10 years (preferred)

  • 3Ds Max, Auto CAD, SketchUp and preferably in Revit: 10 years (preferred)
