Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring needs and business goals.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the selection process.

Employer Branding:
Promote the organization's employer brand through job advertisements, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.

Onboarding Support:

Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.

Recruitment Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Resultsdriven and targetoriented approach to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
Collaborative and teamoriented mindset to work effectively with HR and hiring teams.

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
