Responsibilities:


Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring needs and business goals.


Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the selection process.


Employer Branding:
Promote the organization's employer brand through job advertisements, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.


Onboarding Support:

Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.


Recruitment Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.


Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.


Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Resultsdriven and targetoriented approach to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Collaborative and teamoriented mindset to work effectively with HR and hiring teams.

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
