    Job Description
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries related to eye health services, appointments, and procedures
    • Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with necessary instructions and information
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries related to eye health services, appointments, and procedures
    • Update weekly doctor's schedule in the system
    • Coordinate with other hospital departments to meet patient needs.
    • Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients in the software
    • Assist patients with basic information about their medical conditions and provide accurate information about procedures and treatments.
    • Resolve patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
    • Provide excellent customer service and promote patient satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
    • Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
    • Clear the missed calls and update in software
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/ Managers


    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field
    • Any degree in a related field
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in relevant software and tools
