- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries related to eye health services, appointments, and procedures
- Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with necessary instructions and information

- Coordinate with other hospital departments to meet patient needs.
- Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders.

- Resolve patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Clear the missed calls and update in software
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/ Managers
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Any degree in a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
