Description
Regular site inspection for problem solving and necessary maintenance.

Hiring training and supervising maintenance department staffs.

Should look after healthy and safety protocols throughout the promises as per the standards of DNC THEATRES LLP.

Ordering necessary equipment and safe keeping of the same.

Maintenance of electrical kitchen equipment and air conditioning.

Make sure maintenance workers correctly where and use all safety equipments

As prescribed conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete them accurately as required

Monitoring tag for major and minor complaints supervising vendor management.

Should guarantee that adequate records and the documentation of the equipments are maintained.

Responsible for all property maintenance refrigeration ait conditioning and related equipment replace.

monitoring and maintaining the entire building as well as the furniture and fixtures


Pay:
₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
