TE Connectivity's global Supply chain analytics team is looking for the role of Manager, Solution Architect.

In this role, as a trusted advisor to the function, establish partnership, asses business needs, provide critical interpretation of data, form hypotheses and clearly synthesize conclusions into recommendations, turning data analysis into insights.

Responsibilities:

Connect with stakeholders, architect solutions to deliver rich business insights to improve decisions within global supply chain function.
Partner with business and technology teams to develop a strategy and solution that democratizes data and insights.
Lead the design, build and deploy phase of projects and programs while enforcing strong data governance practices
Champion a culture of data informed decision making, hypothesis driven experimentation, and responsible practices of data collection, management and use
Design and promote best BI practices by championing data quality, Integrity and reliability
Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Committed, goal oriented and works with less or no supervision; Should be self driven, highly motivated and ability to learn quick
Overall Experience of 8 to 10 years of professional experience with minimum of 45 years in Supply Chain
Meaningful experience working with supply chain function and data analytics teams to architect insights.
Excellent analytical skills ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct error, interpret and report results to stakeholders
Excellent Management skills (must be able to work as Individual contributor and over a period time should be capable to lead, mentor and guide the team)
Curiosity and ability to master tools and techniques
Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies, Tableau & Power BI is a plus
