Responsibilities:


  • Manage and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide timely resolution of client issues.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or Account Management, International experience would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goaloriented, selfmotivated, and organized.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
