Job Roles & Responsibility:


  • Fixing appointments and enquiry visit conversion
  • Telephone etiquette with call quality adherence
  • First Call Resolution (FCR) of enquiry calls
  • Average wait time of patients during the call (Call holding)
  • Call transfer rate
  • Customer call frequency
  • Ensure all the calls are answered properly without getting missed out
  • Quality parameters followed as per SOP's
  • Feedback from the patients and their satisfaction

Salary:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
