Job Roles & Responsibility:
- Fixing appointments and enquiry visit conversion
- Telephone etiquette with call quality adherence
- First Call Resolution (FCR) of enquiry calls
- Average wait time of patients during the call (Call holding)
- Call transfer rate
- Customer call frequency
- Ensure all the calls are answered properly without getting missed out
- Quality parameters followed as per SOP's
- Feedback from the patients and their satisfaction
Salary:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
