Customer Care Executive Job Responsibility:
- Identifying Customers' needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions.
- Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile.
- Keeping records of all conversations in the call center database comprehensively.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Customer Support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening ability.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Good typing skills.
- Self-transportation.
- Excellent command over English, Hindi with fluency.
