Customer Care Executive Job Responsibility:
  • Identifying Customers' needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions.
  • Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile.
  • Keeping records of all conversations in the call center database comprehensively.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening ability.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Self-transportation.
  • Excellent command over English, Hindi with fluency.

Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
