Role Description

The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible for the creation as well as the orchestration of the digital customer communication towards our internal and external customers for the brands Deutsche Bank and Postbank within Private Bank Germany (PB GY).

The Tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible for the digital marketing platform of PB GY on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and playout of data-based, individualized customer communications on the other.

The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is clustered in a Product Domain.

Your key responsibilities
-
SDLC / CI/CD

Ensure that all SDLC and Release processes are followed and take proactive actions as and when necessary. Understand the SDLC process and controls (policies). Building CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS solutions comprising Adobe (Analytics, Target, AEM, Launch, Workfront), Client Feedback Tools and Consent Management solution. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

Infrastructure:

Solution design of requirements working with domain architects, infrastructure teams, vendors, and developers. Capacity and utilization management of current infrastructure underpinning the Customer Analytics Tribe. Work closely with production management and release management to ensure that growth projections are adequately met with optimization and cost efficiency. Manage the SaaS infrastructure in a cost effective, timely and automated way

DevOps:

Implementing uniform processes across the department, with high level of build & deployment automation and using bank's standard tools. Understanding the current landscape, identifying gaps and leading the closure of these gaps. This requires close working relationships with the development teams, strong coordination between various groups required.

Team working:

Working collaboratively with vendor partners as well and DB permanent staff across geographies.

Your skills and experience

Deep technical skills in at least one core language environment (e.g., Java, JavaScript (NodeJS/TypeScript), Python, Shell scripting)
Experience in automation tools such as TeamCity/Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, Urban Code Deploy (UCD), or Terraform
Experience with dev platforms such as Bitbucket, Artifactory, Confluence, Jira
Experience with containerization and clustering (Kubernetes, Docker, Dockerfiles, Helm, on cloud environments like GCP/Azure/AWS)
Experience and/or willingness to work in an agile, SCRUMbased, working environment
You are a good communicator and have experience in working with distributed teams (especially Onsite + India)
