[Responsibilities and Duties]:

Provide solutions to complex technical issues.
Provide inputs on new automation initiatives and improvements.
Perform activities such as upgrades, patches, fix etc. independently.
Perform HANA HA-DR & replication setup.
Must have good troubleshooting skills.
Perform Single Sign On (SSO) Setup and customizing the SSO page & tiles.
Troubleshooting of system performance issue.
Give inputs on upcoming technologies in market and how it can benefit the project.
Discuss and explain issues/technology to Stakeholders and provide RCAs.
Coordination with multiple teams

Qualification:
Graduation/ B. E/ B.Tech/MCA

Shift time:
24X5 support, should be able to provide weekend support / on-call support
