Currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Assistant.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months of working experience with a Chartered Accountant (CA).

As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations within our dynamic fintech environment.


Responsibilities:


- Transaction Processing:


  • Assist in the processing and recording of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation.

- Reconciliation:


  • Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Support to CA:


  • Work closely with the Chartered Accountant to provide necessary documentation and support for audits and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Expense Management:


  • Process and reconcile employee expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses to maintain budgetary compliance.

- Financial Analysis:


  • Contribute to financial analysis projects, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, with exposure to Chartered Accountant practices.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
