Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our accomplished sales team.

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about interior design.


Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the interior design and furnishings sector.

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to gather project requirements and present design concepts and product offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative design solutions that meet clients' aesthetic and functional preferences.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new projects and sales.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and establish a strong market presence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful sales performance in the interior design or related industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and present ideas persuasively.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics and an understanding of interior design concepts.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Fluency Hindi/ English is preferred.

₹10, ₹37,772.10 per month
