Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible to support the commercial markets team in presales, solutioning, business development and practice building efforts.

Job description:

Help interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Actively involve in RFP / RFI's.
As a part of multiple industry group's, architecturing solutions which will leverage the best and the greatest of the Organization's offering.
Negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required around Business Process Services.
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility. The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an indepth evaluation of variable factors.
Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing nearterm goals.
Interaction with senior management at a client and/or, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
611 years of experience either in presales or core Solutioning profile from BPO industry
Retail / Travel/ Transportation / Hospitality / BFSI Domain expertise preferred.
Think out of the box / Forward Thinking and move out of the comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation. This involves managing complex

deals and complex situations.
