Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a portfolio of various types of Returns/cancel of website
orders
Update and maintain record to ensure complete refunds to the customers
Respond timely to internal and external inquiries for information relative to
customer queries
Identify notification issues, coordinate resolution, and takes corrective actions as
needed
Engage and address any customer inquiries related to any Daniel Klein products
Collaborate with the service team handlers in preparing/repaired customer's
watch
Must Have
1+ years of experience in customer service profile
Microsoft excel
Strong Communication Skills
Good To Have
Experience in Ecommerce sector
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
