Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.


  • Manage team performance, providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate social media strategies with other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, making recommendations to improve our social media strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and develop reports to share with senior management.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting goals, targeting, budgeting, and analyzing performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant partners.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices.
