Description

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Review customer contracts and creation of sales orders in NetSuite on daily basis.
  • Creation and timely update of customer masters to ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Customer Invoicing on various customer portals i.e. (Ariba/ Concur/ Tungsten).
  • Perform DNF activity, uploading the DNF documents on the SFDC portal and updating the customer platform fee details on google docs
  • Updating the vendor/ Supplier setup (e.g., providing W9's, banking info, etc.).
  • DSO activity to be performed weekly.
  • Updating of the collection schedule on a weekly basis with the invoice details and follow up with the customer on collection part.

What you need:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting required.
  • Meet task deadlines, prioritize task appropriately.
  • Computer Skills including MS-Excel and MS-Office program.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English

Things that make a difference:


  • 12 years of similar experience in Account Receivable, Big 4 audit experience preferred.
  • Prior technology or SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Recent experience in NetSuite ERP and / or Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of ASC 606 would be advantage
