    AVP HR Job Opportunity with a Fintech Unicorn


    Role Overview:
    As the Learning and Organizational Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving learning initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Learning Initiatives:

    • Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
    • Identify training gaps and design programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and engagement in learning initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning programs

    Vendor Identification and Management:

    • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential training vendors and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure costeffective and highquality learning solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance the overall learning experience.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in driving learning and development initiatives, including vendor identification and management.
    • Demonstrated success in structuring and implementing Organizational development programs.
    • Experience in CSR initiatives, including collaboration with NGO partners.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Has worked in the BFSI sector (Start up experience is a must)
