Job Responsibilities:
Proven track record of success in field sales. (preferably in the BFSI/ HR consultancy industry)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Strong organizational skills and Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM, and other sales tools.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

KRA:
Build and maintain relationships with clients in the field by identifying potential customers, visiting client sites, and conducting presentations to promote our HR consultancy services

Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and pain points, and offer customized solutions to address their HR needs.

Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports to track progress towards sales targets.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
