Description
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
Office Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Project Assistance:
- Assist executives in managing various projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decisionmaking processes.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure progress is made on projects.
Communication Liaison:
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages, requests, and instructions accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate communication between departments and team members to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, ensuring they adhere to company standards and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field is preferred, but not required.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
