Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.

Office Management:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Project Assistance:


  • Assist executives in managing various projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure progress is made on projects.

Communication Liaison:


  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages, requests, and instructions accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and team members to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, ensuring they adhere to company standards and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field is preferred, but not required.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
