Rules & Responsibilities:


  • Planning and delivering lessons that are appropriate for the age and skill level of the students.
  • Teaching students about historical events, economic principles, government systems, psychological theories, and sociological concepts.
  • Developing and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of the students and aligns with state and national standards.
  • Evaluating and grading students' progress and providing feedback on their performance.
  • Encouraging and supporting students to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Preparing students for exams, including administering and grading tests and assignments.
  • Incorporating technology into the classroom to enhance learning and engage students.
  • Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment in the classroom.
  • Communicating with parents and guardians about their child's progress and performance.
  • Encouraging and supporting students to pursue further education and careers in social science fields.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts/History/Economics and B.Ed. compulsorily.
  • Minimum 2 year experience is required in teaching field.
  • Strong knowledge of the English language, literature, and grammar, as well as effective teaching strategies and methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow as a teacher.

Salary:
₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
