    • Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
    • Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
    • Grind coffee beans and measure proper quantities for each beverage
    • Steam and froth milk for lattes and cappuccinos
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
    • Stock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
    • Handle cash transactions and use a cash register or POS system
    • Maintain knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
    • Respond to customer inquiries and recommend coffee and food items
