JobDescriptionMicrosoft Dynamics365 Azure Backend Developer Lead with a minimum of 5 years ofhandson experience in developing solutions on the MicrosoftDynamics 365 platform and any cloud service with preference toAzure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical backgroundleadership skills and a proven track record of successful projectdelivery.

Responsibilities:1.

Technical Leadership:

Lead a team ofdevelopers in designing implementing and maintaining solutions onthe Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on backenddevelopment.

Provide technical guidance andmentorship to team members. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business goals andproject timelines.2.


Microsoft Dynamics 365Development:
Design and developcustomizations plugins and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics365. Implement and customize businessprocesses using the Power Platform.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services asneeded.3.


Cloud BackendDevelopment:
Architect and implement backendsolutions on any cloud platform with preference toAzure.

Develop and maintain serverless andmicroservicesbased applications using Function Apps and Managed AppServices with preference to Azure Implementdata storage and retrieval solutions using Cloud Storage and Cloudmanaged SQL Database with preference toAzure4.

Integration andAPIs:
Design and implement integrationsolutions with thirdparty systems andservices. Develop and consume APIs usingREST and other standard protocols. Ensureseamless data flow between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and existingAzure services as well as new ones.5.


Security and Compliance:
Implement securitybest practices for both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azureservices. Ensure compliance with industrystandards and data protection regulations.6.


Performance Optimization:
Optimize theperformance of Dynamics 365 and Azure backendsolutions. Conduct performance testing andtuning to ensure optimal systemresponsiveness.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or a relatedfield

2 Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365development and cloud backend development.
Proven experience leading development teams in complexprojects.3.


TechnicalSkills:

Proficiency inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 customization anddevelopment.
Strong expertise in Azure cloud services including Azure FunctionsAzure App Services Azure Storage and Azure SQLDatabase.
Experience with C# .NET and other relevanttechnologies.4.


Certifications:
Relevant certifications inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and Azure are highlydesirable
