Job Description:
Purpose of the job:
- Ensure smooth RTV / Discover implementations for all relevant countries, on time
- Ensure progress to define and implement validation improvements for countries not moving to Discover early (specific countries)
- Ensure we can move checks upstream with speed and qualit
Accountabilities:

Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job):
In this job you will:
- Support countries coming to Discover to implement RTV
- Support continuous improvement of validation processes and support implementing new validation rules and validation processes for Discover.
- Work with countries (specific countries) to define and implement validation improvements (both for FI/VADE and manual checks)
- Work with relevant teams to move checks upstream (defining opportunities and work on implementation with all stakeholders)
- Combine Nielsen process expertise and continuous improvement practices to ideate and deploy solutions specifically related to data validation that make day to day operations better.
- Engage with stakeholders to prove value and provide insights in validation processes and tools
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working within Output Operations.
- High Proficiency on CIP Factory, End to End
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures
- Proven problemsolving capabilities
- Effective communication skills, being able to explain complex terms outside of operations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvements in specific Global processes
