Mechanical design engineer for HVAC systems in commercial/utility vehicles
Your challenge
- New development and product design of bus air conditioners and components.
- Creation of CAD models and drawings, including all kinds of technical documentation according to Company and standards.
- Technical communication with purchasing, quality and production departments, suppliers and customers.
- Feasibility studies and cost analyses; perform and coordinate subsequent technical product changes.
- Compiling of item master data, bills of material, service bulletins as well as production, support testing and installation instructions
Your Qualification
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, ideally with a focus on design.
- First professional experience as an engineer, preferably in the automotive sector or in air conditioning.
- Experience in the design and processing of sheet metal, plastics and piping.
- Very good knowledge of CAD 3D PRO Engineer.
- Fluent in English, German would be advantageous.
- You have assertiveness and are also committed to changing priorities and work independently in a team.
