Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Interior Designer, you will have the chance to contribute to various stages of our design projects, working closely with our experienced design team.

This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the world of interior design and help you develop essential skills.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Assisting in drafting plans and elevations using software like AutoCAD and SketchUp to contribute to the creation of welldefined design layouts.
Gaining exposure to color coordination, material selection, and furniture choices, learning to create harmonious and visually appealing designs.
Participating in brainstorming sessions and problemsolving discussions to contribute fresh perspectives and creative ideas to design challenges.
Observing and assisting with site supervision tasks to understand how design concepts are executed in realworld construction.
Learning the process of taking accurate measurements onsite to support precise spatial planning and design execution.
Assisting in generating renders using tools like V-Ray and SketchUp, aiding in the visualization of design concepts for client presentations.
Observing and learning effective communication techniques while interacting with clients, understanding their preferences, and contributing to design discussions.
Attending client meetings and assisting in documenting feedback and notes to refine design concepts.
Collaborating with different teams, including architects and vendors, to gain insights into the collaborative nature of design projects.
Staying informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance your design knowledge and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Passion for design with a willingness to learn and contribute creatively.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Enthusiasm for problemsolving and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and projects.
