Job summary

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales – BPO to drive mid-market revenue growth through outbound sales, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and strategic account expansion.

This role is ideal for hands-on sales leader with strong BPO experience who can consistently close high-value deals while laying the foundation for scalable sales organization.
