    We are seeking a talented and experienced Developerwith a strong skill set in PHP Drupal Word Press and Reactto join our team.

    As a Manager Level Developer you will beresponsible for leading a team of developers coordinating projectsand ensuring the successful delivery of highquality webdevelopmentsolutions.

    5 to 9years
    Location:Chennai (OnSite Only)
    NoticePeriod: Immediate Joiners are onlypreferred
    Responsibilities1.Lead and manage a team of developers providing guidance mentorshipand support to ensure project success.2.Develop and maintain web applications using Drupal Word pressNodejs Nextjs React PHP MySQL Symfony framework Docker CI/CDtesting automation.3. Collaborate with teammembers and with international project manager to design andimplement scalable and efficientsolutions.4. Conduct code reviews providefeedback and ensure adherence to coding standards and bestpractices.5. Stay uptodate with the latestweb development trends technologies andframeworks.6. Troubleshoot and debug issuesas they arise ensuring timely resolution.7.Participate in project planning estimation and prioritizationactivities.8. Foster a culture ofcollaboration innovation and continuous improvement within thedevelopmentteam.
    Qualifications1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with International clients and teammembers2. Previous leadership or managerialexperience.3. Strong understanding of webdevelopment concepts.4. Proficiency in Gitand version control systems.5. Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multipleprioritieseffectively.
