Daily Attendance Monitoring and Follow-Up:
Gathering Feedback and Collaborating with Core Team

Applicant must have a minimum of 1-2 year experience in a counselor position, with good communication and convincing skills.

Responsible for counseling and conversion of Leads (direct, walk-in, and referrals or Tele calling) into admission.

Maintaining Fees data and coordinating with accountant

Announcing new batches and Guide new students through the onboarding process

Providing exact information about the program, course/duration, and other relevant information to the students in a timely manner

Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with students to mitigate dropout risks.

Interview students to understand their academic objectives and financial background to assist them in the selection of suitable colleges and courses.

Responsible for segregating and following up with the positive leads to ensure conversion.

Fulfilling monthly targets assigned by the organization and reporting the issue or challenges faced if there are any shortfalls due to the shortfall in the monthly targets.

Post-admission follow-up and coordination with the Academic administrator till the final stage of the admission procedure.

Responsible for providing insight into the course being offered and asking the front office for visioning with the student & other branches or offices pertaining to course/admission.

Maintaining accurate digital records about the counseled students, the suggested courses, and the admission details of the registered clients in CRM software.

Will be responsible for planning & coordinating the campaign coordination with BDM & Marketing team.

Assisting the general running of the Batches for smooth operations

All activity reports are to be sent daily via Taskade to the CEO and HR.
