Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Review purchase requests and obtain necessary approvals
  • Identify potential vendors and request quotes for goods and services
  • Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to obtain the best value for the company
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of all details including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
  • Monitor delivery of goods and services to ensure timely arrival
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and related documents
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking of goods and supplies
  • Communicate with internal departments and vendors to provide status updates and resolve issues as needed
  • Participate in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
