    Description

    Overview:

    The AssistantManager (Karnataka State Head) plays a vital role in overseeing andmanaging the operations strategies and team in the Karnatakaregion. This position is integral to maintaining and expanding theorganizations presence and impact in the state. The AssistantManager will collaborate with various departments to ensurealignment with the companys objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and supervisea team of professionals to achieve set targets andgoals
    • Formulate and execute strategic plans toincrease market share
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders
    • Coordinatewith different departments to ensure operationalefficiency
    • Monitor and analyze regionalperformance data to identify areas forimprovement
    • Develop and implement initiativesto enhance brand visibility and customerengagement
    • Oversee budgeting and financialactivities in the assigned region
    • Resolveescalated issues and complaints in a timely and effectivemanner
    • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitoractivities

    Roles& Responsibilities:1. Customerrelationship & asset managementskills.2. Follow clear cut process alongwith people management skills.3. Strongknowledge is plant (any equipment) breakdown analysis andrectification ideas.4. DayDay datamanagement & daily site or work reportsreview.5. Proper email communication andfollow up action items with people untilclosure.6. Preparation of weekly / monthlyreport & present in the meetings.7.Fulfill customer requirements as per contractualobligations.8. Strong hands in identifyingand picking up required resources for DayDayactivities.9. Handle cluster Engineer s andTechnician s for DayDay activities (Plan vsActual).
