Review orders received on website and marketplaces

Facilitating order execution with packaging and shipping

Maintaining inventory and inventory records in a clear transparent manner Communicating and responding to customer queries and concerns over different sales channels

Pro actively fulfilling all orders received on different sales channels

Invoice Management and correspondence from GST and Accounting purposes Facilitating timely deposit of COD orders in bank account

Monitoring shipping status and delays and communicating with the shipping partner on a day to day basis


Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
