Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
Follow up on leads and qualify prospects.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales quotas.
Effectively communicate features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all sales leads and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
