We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to prepare, execute and evaluate coaching and development programs.

Responsibilities include identifying potential needs of leads and Pontem offerings, managing leads to conversion pipeline and organizing learning activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various training methods, including e-learning and coaching, and be able to research and build content and modules, conduct interactive sessions, diagnostic assessment tools and evolving the offerings as per Target Audience from time to time.

Ultimately, you will contribute and collaborate with our Founder and Associates / Partners to fulfill Pontem's Purpose.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience of 4 to 7 years as a Training Consultant, Training Coordinator or similar role

Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events.

Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS), Diagnostic Assessment tools, Report interpretation and Outcome / Results documentation and presentation.

Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

Understanding of Talent Management and Succession planning

Excellent communication skills

Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings at the same time.

BSc in Psychology/Education, MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field


Salary:
₹350, ₹700,000.00 per year
