Description

Apart from Regular Company secretarial work, viz Company Formation, Registration of Partnership Firm, Trust formation, filling of form with ROC, XBRL filling etc.

Our work mostly involves drafting of business documents for financial transactions.

Strong drafting skills, coupled with very clear understanding of secured lending law such as mortgages, assignment, security interests, IBC, etc will be essential.

Occasionally, appearance before NCLT may also be involved. Knowledge of filling of compliance form with RBI is also required.

Salary:
₹240, ₹420,000.00 per year
