Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and catalog electronic files and documents.

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather information on target industries and companies.
  • Utilize various online tools and platforms to extract and compile relevant contact information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.

Data Management:


  • Ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Regularly audit and clean databases to eliminate outdated and irrelevant information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data quality standards.

Communication:


  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Provide regular updates on data entry and lead generation progress.

Requirements:


Educational Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.


Experience:


  • Proven experience in data entry and/or lead generation roles.
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.

Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technology Proficiency:


  • Familiarity with online research tools and lead generation platforms.
